While sweating is a natural process, it also means that your body is more susceptible to dehydration. Keep a water bottle close by when you work out. Refill it at regular intervals. Anytime you start to feel thirsty, stop and take a drink. If you find that you can’t remember to drink water when you’re working out, you can set a timer to remind yourself when you need to take a break and have something to drink. Another option would be to drink a lot of water before and after your workout.
